Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Austin, TX. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
United States:
All shipments within the U.S. are sent by UPS unless otherwise instructed. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Residents of Texas will pay state tax on their purchase (8.25%).
International:
International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Rates are determined by weight and destination.Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all full priced merchandise that is in original condition – unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately we cannot except returns on sale items. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized by Arrow & Arrow. Please send your return request with your order number to arrow@arrowandarrow.com. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to:

Arrow & Arrow will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
